Do you believe what you are told?

police and defence services of any country are it's backbone if thats not working fair than any other system would be in doubt. in our country police is one nightmare . police attrocties , false cases etc. are always in news.

police is given so much power that there's hardly anything one can do if he/she has to deal with police. be it police investigation or any other police matter you always get your way out either by bribing them or by some high power link you know. when police officer says he can keep you in lockup than you better believe it because they can do so. the rule is any detainee has to be presented before magistrate within 24hrs. but if police kept you in false case tagging you as some criminal than what option you would have?

in recent case police held NRI businessman on false charges of drug pedellar . NRI had some money dispute with the property dealer from whom he was planning to buy land but that dealer threatened him . h didn't took it that seriously and next to that he was arrested on false charges of drug pedellar dealing with 50 crore drug. that drug was brought by one history sheeter( the one who had record of conviction in case) on demand by police. thus police framed him up . he got out on parole and conducted sting operation which revealed police deed.

but not all get the chance to conduct sting operations. once you are tagged as criminal by media you face that humiliation for long time. police torture and fake encounters have destructed lives of so many people. many people living in naxalite affected areas claim that police officers torture them rape their wives and daughters and threaten them to kill as naxalite. In bengal one lecturer was arrested on charges og being maoist but all were false charges she was just advocating labourers rights in seminars.

now even the army is not untouched by it, in Assam where special army act is in force long protest has been going on to inactive that act. army officials there take their share of beautiful girls rape them and no charges can be framed against them. it was shocking protest when many women stood naked in front of army headquarters their. what a shame! our own army and police are raping our own country women.

In kashmir and sikkim army officials killed local peple tagging them as terrorist whereas they were only local labourers.

custodial rapes , custodial deaths are on hike and when media show us that certain person was arrested on some charge we believe it blindly . what option do we have? it's not easy to go against law and order mechanism. media houses are also responsible for such menace. all 24 hour nsee bull shit news channels are owned by some person who is party leader or party worker. thus do you believe what you see? maybe one day you leave house don't come back and are killed as terrorist. believe it or not all evidences can be created. it's the flaw in law!

MY BEAUTY IS MY CURSE!

caution: have a strong heart !

wow !!how beautiful is the woman in picture? this is the first thought that comes to your mind right? woman is one beautiful creature that is tempted and desired by every single man in world.

her looks , her tricks , her love games all hold some beauty within them. women's body is most precious asset to her and you can't ever find so beauty in one body than you can find in
one woman's body. those curves make whole world go nuts.
poems, literature , quotes , paintings etc. are all in someway associated
with woman's beauty. creativity originates from her body.

you must be wondering why i am mentioning all this. well to know beauty is to see one. you need to appreciate a fact that a woman
is beautiful creature that god made very carefully. i believe when god made women he must be at peak of his creativity.

many women are born gifted with beauty. all women share love for their own bodies. but some women are cursed. so cursed that their beauty bring all trouble there is in a world. rape , sexual harassment etc. are so common in our society that you see newspapers full with them. at her 16 she is like a blooming flower and she
remains at her heart ,that young always.
cursed part of women's life is when in some way or other she looses the respect or same feeling for her body.
middle east , Asian countries and many developing countries are now getting attention for such hideous acts that a man can ever do to a woman. like raping her , molesting her, sexually harassing her , beating her was any good or less than good. but this problem is worst ever!
acid attacks in many countries are rising at a great
level. a man's grudge , his anger against fair sex has found a new way to get out .
causes are different behind every case , be it dowry or domestic violence, or not giving birth to a boy , alcohol , doubt on character . it's long list of excuses that culprits have behind their acts.
women who are not educated or are very homely are most prone to acid attacks.
those helpless women who do not find shelter anywhere and know they cannot run anywhere but have to die in their house.
so bad are the fates of those women that they do not find sympathy in their own house. any law made , any punishment prescribed for it , any death penalty can never return to these women the asset they lost.

these women say that any prayer made by them didn't saved them from this act.
women mostly die due to acid attack but those who survive go through lot of pain. they loose their eyes , nose and ears in most cases. imagine a face without these parts. you would wish you saw a ghost than an acid attack victim.

a face without smile or any expression god better not be merciful to those culprits. what men can enjoy this or they are not aware of after effects of acid attacks?
in India too cases are rising sometimes only because some girl flirted , cheated or denied to a proposal. just decide if this punishment is what she deserves because she is beautiful and boys like her .
still acid attacks are not considered a bigger problem in Indian society. what double standards? at one point we hold slogan's of women empowerment and at one point we fail to give severe punishment to attacker's.
is society aware enough or we are blind , deaf and dumb witnesses to crime happening around us.
the discussions over making stringent law for acid attackers has been going for a long time but would it still be enough.

because dowry cases are still on rise, rapes didn't stop, sexual harassment are seen everywhere.
are we so cruel and insensitive that a person is burnt in front of us and we just see it like any other circus. i don't have much more to say as while searching for pics and data for this blog made me bit crazy . i can't seem to understand the reason of such mental sickness. hope links below open some eyes . help me and forward the link to this blog because eyes are shut ,until they are opened forcefully. see the problem and be a judge.

AREN'T WE RACISTS ?

Word "racist" found new meaning in every generation but the most worse of its effect were on blacks and jews . As history is full of instances where blacks and brown skinned people were purchased as slave , as if they were some commodity.
Hitler proved to be the nightmare of world ."The holocaust" ( killing of mass population of jews in gas chambers ) is the bloodiest chapter of human history.
No country on earth is untouched by some sort of racism . Whether it is about colour , race or culture of people. in some way or the other we all are racists. isn't it true?
The definition of racism says it's :

1.a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
2. a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
3. hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

Now understand this definition word by word , and you would agree that in some way or the other we all are part of same crowd.
India is no exception to this.
we refer to citizens in Bihar as "these biharis" or bihari babu and to citizens in Uttar pradesh we refer to them as u.p ke bhaiye and to eastern states we refer as chinky town or chinkies , all these remarks are evidence of racism in India.
forget this! take colour for that matter , in India still the dark skinned are not preffered for marriage . We ourselves choose fair people. All this develops an inferiority complex among people, compelling them to buy all sorts of medication or cosmetics that they believe would help them get fair colour. Whats bad in being dusky tone? shouldn't we be proud of individual's intellectual achievements rather than focusing on his /her colour or race or culture.
Advertising industry is now making so many ad's that, i somewhat consider racist as why should a girl apply 100's of cream on her face to get fair . Isn't she beautiful the way she is? why someone's lust to look at beautiful girls or boys has to be the headache of someone.
All this hinders in person's intellectual growth.
love whats beneath the skin of any person you meet because face is no guarantee that person is good or bad .
Many dark tone or dusky tone people are making fortune in their respective careers. Take serials or films for that matter . Putting cream won't change someone's genes and we are not animals that we should be considering our breeding .
Eastern girls face all kinds of obscene remarks about them , i don't think it's written on anyone's face that they are available for flirting and moreover why anyone's facial recognition has to be trademark of something? why does the culture or race of someone has to be characterized with one word?
People try to feel important than others by making the racist remarks and it's our attempt to feel superior to someone ,whether or not we are intellectually dumb than most of the crowd around us.
Anti - racist laws cannot work on this level. Nothing can force anyone to change his/her mind.
One does not feel the pain of others and we can never be a good judge of man's character .
So next time you refer to anyone with any racist remark think carefully because you might be unintentionally hurting someone's mental peace .
There's no greatness in criticizing others . i would love to end this blog by this quote

"Racism is an ism to which everyone in the world today is exposed; for or against, we must take sides. And the history of the future will differ according to the decision which we make. -Ruth Benedict "

whats happening to our food?

for past few days i have been getting irritated with news about adulteration in food. take it milk products , fruits or vegetables or pulses nothing we eat today is as good as it used to be. its not very recent if you are thinking , it took its time to establish its market. ya but now it's in everything. reports say that ghee we eat is adulterated with animal fat that means worst fear of pure vegetarians i.e dead bodies of animals were seen around some ghee manufacturing plants. some people have said that when they bought vegetables they were of normal size and by evening they grew large meaning thereby that they were injected with harmful chemical oxytocin ,The other chemicals used are calcium carbide (CaC2), a chemical used in explosives and also used for artificial ripening of fruits especially mangoes.
these chemicals make fruits and vegetables ready to eat before their time and give them tempting fresh look. farmers are growing vegetables in different fields meant for commercial growing and adding pesticides and other chemicals to a great level.
studies have shown that injections given to cows while milking them are so harmful for cows health as it sucks their bones calcium slowly and also responsible for early puberty in children now.
i think its necessary to tell list of diseases as its way to long lets start from burning of eyes and skin due to calcium carbide, pulmonary ederna, tumours and cancers.
The prevention of food adulteration act 1954 deals with various aspects of food adulteration making food adulteration non bailable offence and imprisonment can be from 6 months and may extend to 3 years plus 1000 rupees fine.
but seems like that black marketeers are not afraid of law and considering the profit they make , they can have good lawyers to fight cases for them.
it is also fault of government mechanism as spending so much money and expenditure on budget means we would have been getting good quality food by now but doesn't see so to me.
all that money goes to pockets of officials and peanuts reach to farmers .
also food inspectors are careless in checking and allowing this to happen . we can have hundreds now to blame for not doing their duty or we can opt for be careful next time. make ghee at home , buy milk from good brands. idea of saving some money in this can give you great medical bills later on.
wish the amendment takes place in law giving severe penalty for adulterers for playing with health of millions.
i love the idea that if i am ready to pay taxes and price for my plate of food than i deserve good quality too.
be careful about what you eat.
